Your product has been handcrafted in Spain to the highest quality standards, by artisans using the specially selected suede and leather.
It is possible for slight colour variations and markings to appear in the suede and leather. These are naturally occurring features that add to the uniqueness of your Dida Ritchie product and should not be thought of as imperfections.
To maintain and preserve your product care should be taken to avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes and cosmetics. Prolonged and direct exposure to sources of light and heat should also be avoided.
This is a delicate material that can produce colour transfer. We recommend that you avoid repeated rubbing or prolonged contact with other coloured fabrics.
When not in use we recommend storing your product in a cool dry place.
How to clean my leather / suede products?
Clean spots, marks & stains as soon as possible!
LEATHER
Remove any dirt off as soon as possible to stop it drying the leather out.
Use a leather cream or conditioner every couple of months to restore the leather to it beautiful original appearance.
SUEDE
Leave any dirt to dry, and then use a soft suede brush to gently remove the dried flakes.
When the suede is dry, apply an even layer of waterproofing spray on your product to protect them against the elements.
If in doubt, please take you items to a leather specialist to treat.

"It has a nice colour and I love the style. I usually wear size 37 but these feels smaller than usual size 37 and around the internal heel area are rather rough with seams so I suffered with bad blisters. It would be nice if there were mid size (37.5). Hoping these will stretch eventually and wear more comfortably. I also bought Sofia. They are okay with size 37."
