Delivery

  • UK Standard (3-5 working days) - £3.80 
  • Europe - £20
  • USA & Canada - £20
  • Rest of World - £20

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. Orders placed at the weekend and on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Duties

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your county. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs and we do not take responsibility for any charges imposed. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 

Exchanges & Refunds

If you are unhappy with any item, we are willing to exchange or refund provided that the item(s) is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. 

Please follow the instructions in the returns booklet, and use the returns label provided*.

Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item(s), as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. 

Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by email (hello@didaritchie.com) to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
