- Rest of World - calculated per order*
*Duties and taxes are not included and if incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Please familiarise yourself with your country's regulations before placing an order.
You can also order internationally through Wolf & Badger where the duty and tax costs will be calculated prior to purchase.
Orders are dispatched on Monday's and Friday's weekly (excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you need your order quicker or have any queries, please contact email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your county. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs and we do not take responsibility for any charges imposed. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Exchanges & Refunds
If you are unhappy with an item, we are willing to refund provided that the item(s) is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt*.
Please follow the instructions in the returns booklet provided. Free returns is only included on full price items.

Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item(s), as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
*this excludes made to order items, sale items and items from the outlet.
If non-refundable items are returned, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve/pay for return postage or we will donate the item to charity.
I am afraid, at this time we are unable to exchange items. If you wish to exchange, please send back the original order and re-order the correct item/size.
